I started in Film Production in the US, giving me the essential skills to handle creative personalities whilst gaining an insight into the ‘domestic market’. When I returned to the UK, I moved into the commercial world of IPTV. Having started my UK career in VoD meant when I moved into broadcast I performed on a multiple platform, multiple rights & multiple territory basis.

I have over 15 years experience & have managed content genres such as Film, TV, Factual, Kids, Video Gaming, Music & Adult. Having worked across the board, from production to channel management, from acquisitions to sales to business development, I am able to see the 'bigger picture' from multiple angles with regards to all business requirements.

My career decisions have exposed me to a variety genres & platforms, giving me full & rounded media experience. An approach that shows confidence in my abilities, flexibility to a working environment, an adaptable & open attitude, & an energetic & entrepreneurial spirit. All of which have helped me set up my own digital media & retail company iCreate-Style.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCE & ACHIEVEMENTS:-
* Managed multi-million US$ Agreements within Sales & Acquisitions environments (TV, Movies, Kids, Sport, Music, Adult, Mobile & Web content), as well as in VoD, Interactive & Broadcast environments.
* Negotiated & acquired new programming for multiple territories, bringing programming in under budget.
* Maintained rights of 1000’s of hours of programming for multiple platforms.
* Managed channels & scheduled programming for multiple feeds over EMEA.
* Launched new channels in new territories & launched new feeds for existing channels.
* Project managed rights & licensing databases for departmental needs & new product lines.
* Sold programming & channel affiliation world-wide, on a multi-platform level.
* Commercial development to improve potential distribution of content, i.e. branded blocks, exclusive windows in non-exclusive licenses.
